    Personalized horoscopes, rituals, or energized products are non-cancellable once preparation begins.
  • 📦 Product Orders:
    Orders for physical items can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

  • ✅ Eligibility:
    Refunds are provided only if:
    • The service was not delivered due to our error
    • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • 🚫 Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized/energized spiritual items
    • Completed pujas or consultations
    • Emailed reports or downloadable content
